Seascape Magic by Kay Henry
The collaborators agree to pay $100 non-refundable fee toward the expenses of the show. Non- committee participation fee will pay $200.00. Additional costs may be decided as a group.
FEES to cover:
-room rental and security deposit (cleaning deposit)
-food: refreshments for opening reception; cheeses, cookies and bottled water and
decorating; vases, flowers/fillers, marbles
-display: items for displaying art in the space, rent/borrow easels or display stands, tablecloths, hangers.
-printing costs: promotional postcards/flyers
-signage: various posters, printing, identifying small labels next to artwork, sign in sheets, any handouts and “art critic”.
-raffle items: baskets/container, fill in items, and wrapping
